another day....and it's 9/11

Well today I see flags at half-mast and remember the terrorist attacks on our beloved country six years ago. I was sitting in my living room in total disbelief at what I was seeing on the television. I think in terms of my panic attacks that the post-9/11 world we are living in has greatly contributed to my stress and unease. I never liked crowds to begin with, but now I am sure to avoid them at all costs.

My day

Today I had a great day; work went well, and I feel good.
I decided to start this blog because normally I have a hard time with panic attacks and anxiety when I am around other people, especially crowds, and I usually avoid eating out or going to the mall, etc because of it. I wanted to start a discussion about social anxiety disorders and see what other people are experiencing and what they do about it.
